As the majority of Salon & Spa service businesses have been given the green light to re-open, we took a poll of the most important things clients want to see (after face masks & gloves, of course) upon re-entering your business for their first appointment back.

 

Of a survey of 150 Canadian Spa & Salon goers, here were the top 5 most common responses:

 

#1 “Temperature Checks before entering (the salon/spa)”

 

#2 “Sterilization of the area (visibly in front of me) before I sit/lay down”

 

#3 “Spaced out salon stations (social distancing), but a private room is preferred”

 

#4 “(Service provider) washes hands visibly in front of me before putting new gloves on”

 

#5 “One client at a time per stylist! Absolutely no multi-tasking between multiple clients”
